Processing & Delivery Times
Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days. During holiday seasons or high-volume periods, shipping may take 5–10 business days. Please note that shipping times are determined by the carrier and may vary. If your package is delayed, I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience on behalf of the carrier.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost in transit, please contact me at arina@arinalumaart.com within 48 hours so I can assist you in filing a claim.
All original artworks are shipped fully insured. If damage occurs during transit, please notify me within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the artwork and packaging so I can assist you with the insurance claim. Because each original is one-of-a-kind, I cannot provide an identical replacement, but I will work with you on the best possible resolution once the claim is processed.

Customs & Import Fees
Please note: I am not responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes that may be applied by your country upon delivery.

Shipping Address Policy
For your security, all items will be shipped only to the address provided at checkout. I cannot make changes to the shipping address once an order is placed. This applies to all orders, including large or multiple-item purchases.
Order Verification
I reserve the right to verify orders for security purposes. If an order is flagged by the payment processor as potentially fraudulent, I may contact you for confirmation or require additional verification before shipping.
Right to Refuse Service
Orders that cannot be verified, or that appear suspicious, may be canceled and refunded to protect both you as the buyer and myself as the seller.
