- Domestic delivery usually takes 3–7 business days once shipped.
- During holidays or high-volume periods, please allow 5–10 business days.
- Delivery times are determined by the carrier and may vary.
- You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
- If your package is delayed, I sincerely apologize — I’ll help track it on your behalf.

- You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
- The artwork must be in its original condition (unused, unframed, with all packaging intact).
- To begin a return, please email me at arinaluma@gmail.com.
- Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility and must be tracked and insured.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method only, once the return is inspected and the payment has fully cleared.
- Originals are one-of-a-kind and cannot be replaced, but if damage occurs in transit I’ll assist you in filing an insurance claim.
