Refund policy

I want you to love your artwork — but if something isn’t right, I’m here to help.

Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

  • To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition — unused, unframed, and with all original packaging intact. Your order number or confirmation email will be required to process the return.

  • To start a return, please email me at arinaluma@gmail.com. Returns sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

  • If your return is approved, you’ll be responsible for shipping the item back using a tracked and insured service. Return shipping costs are non-refundable, and I do not provide return labels.

Damages or Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact me at arinaluma@gmail.com within 48 hours if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. I’ll evaluate the issue and offer a fair resolution.
Please note: Original artworks are one-of-a-kind and cannot be exactly replaced. In such cases, I will work with you on the best available solution (such as a refund or a custom commission).

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns or refunds on:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Digital downloads (if offered)

  • Custom commissions or made-to-order artwork

Exchanges
The quickest way to get the piece you want is to return the item you have (if eligible). Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the preferred item.

Refunds

  • Once I receive and inspect your return, I’ll notify you of the approval status.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method only.

  • Refunds are only issued after the payment has fully cleared and is not under review for fraud.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to process it.

  • If it’s been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and it hasn’t arrived, please reach out.


Fraud & Security Protection for Returns

  • Verification: Returned items must match the original order. Items that show signs of use, alteration, or substitution will not be refunded.

  • Original Payment Only: Refunds are only issued back to the same payment method used at checkout — no exceptions.

  • Right to Refuse: I reserve the right to deny or cancel a return/refund request if fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity is suspected.
